Rattaché-e au Service Application Division HEXIS, vous êtes un référent technique / expert en pose de film adhésif / impression numérique.

Les missions du poste sont les suivantes :
- Vous assurez l’animation des réseaux de Médiapplicateur agréés Hexis et de nos centres de formation (France et Export).
- Vous assurez la formation des utilisateurs sur les meilleures pratiques d’application et d’utilisation du film adhésif.
- Vous animez des démonstrations et présentations des produits HEXIS et venez en soutien des équipes Commerciales France / Export
- Vous assurez des interventions techniques sur des chantiers spécifiques et êtes en veille constante sur l’optimisation et l’amélioration des techniques de pose.
- Vous assurez une assistance technique pour les grands comptes en lien avec les Equipes commerciales et identifiez avec eux des pistes d’amélioration produits.
- De façon plus globale, vous assistez nos clients grands comptes dans leur axes de travail avec des programmes des formations adaptés.
- Vous participez à la promotion de l’image de marque Hexis via les médias sociaux et informez le Service Digital du Groupe de certaines informations clés nécessaires à l’activité digitale HEXIS.
- Vous collaborez avec notre Service Marketing pour créer des outils marketing d’aide à la vente : vidéos, articles, key note.. spécialisés sur la pose de nos médias.
- Vous apportez des réponses techniques aux questions posées sur nos réseaux sociaux.
- Vous communiquez en interne les remontées d’information Terrain pouvant aider à l’amélioration de notre stratégie Marketing.
- Vous communiquez à nos Services, les remontées terrain Produits, les actions commerciales déployées et les actualités de nos clients.
- Vous alimentez de façon globale notre connaissance du Besoin client et des tendances du marché.
Vous assurez un support technique auprès de la force commerciale France et Export (Filiales et distributeurs), vous participez également à la validation technique des produits Hexis (avec le Laboratoire R&D et le Service produits).
Vous effectuez une veille concurrentielle et participez aux salons professionnels et évènements divers. Vous effectuez une Ecoute client active fiable et bienveillante.
Dans le cadre de votre accueil, vous suivrez une formation complète théorique et terrain.

PROFIL
Vous êtes impérativement dotés d’une expérience significative en pose de film (tous supports) minimum 5 ans. Une formation initiale dans le métier de l’enseigne et de la signalétique serait un plus. Vous parlez couramment l’Anglais.
Des connaissances techniques d’utilisation sur les traceurs, imprimantes grand format et imprimantes de découpe sont requises.
Vous connaissez le pack office et maitrisez les réseaux sociaux.
Vous êtes minutieux, organisé, indépendant et ouvert d’esprit
Vous êtes également intéressé par la Vente et possédez une bonne culture clients et résultats. Vous êtes autonome, tenace, énergique, persévérant.
Vous vous inscrivez naturellement dans un rôle de Coach, vous savez hiérarchiser vos tâches et maitrisez avec aisance la gestion de votre temps.

As a technical referent / expert installer of self-adhesive films / digital printing media, you will belong to the HEXIS Application Division.

The job’s missions will be as follows:
- You will be responsible for coordinating the HEXIS-certified mediapplicators’ networks and our training centres (France and abroad).
- You will train users on best practises in applying and handling self-adhesive films.
- You will lead demonstrations as well as presentations of HEXIS products and support the France / export sales teams.
- You will provide technical interventions on specific sites and you will exercise constant monitoring of application methods’ optimisation and improvement.
- You will provide technical assistance for key accounts in connection with the sales teams and identify measures for product improvement with them.
- More generally, you will assist our key account customers in optimising their workstreams with adapted training programs.
- You will participate in promoting the HEXIS brand image via social media and inform the group’s digital department of certain key information necessary for the HEXIS digital activity.
- You will collaborate with our marketing department to create sales support marketing tools, such as videos, articles, key notes, etc. specialising in the application of our media.
- You will provide technical answers to the questions asked on our social networks.
- You will communicate internally the practical feedback that can help improve our marketing strategy.
- You will communicate the practical product feedback, the deployed commercial actions and news from our customers to our services.
- You will fuel our overall knowledge of customer needs and market trends.
You will provide technical support to the French and export sales force (subsidiaries and distributors). You will also participate in the technical validation of HEXIS products (with the R&D laboratory and the products department).
You will observe the competition and participate in trade shows and various events. You will perform a reliable and favourable active customer focus.
As part of your function, you will follow a complete theoretical and practical training.
ADVANTAGES:
Basic annual salary range: between € 34.8 k and € 42 k.
This position is attached to the FRONTIGNAN (34) head office.

PROFILE
You must have a significant experience in film application (all media) with a minimum of 5 years. An initial signage training would be a plus. You are fluent in English.
Technical knowledge in using plotters, large-format printers and printer-plotters is required.
You know how to use the Office pack and you have a good understanding of social networking.
You are careful, organised, independent and open-minded.
You are also interested in sales, and you have a good customer and results oriented culture. You are autonomous, tenacious, energetic and persevering.
You see yourself inherently in the role of the coach, you know how to prioritise your tasks and you master time management with ease.
